Bills Submitted to States in 2016

For many years we have worked with our national Congress with very little to show for it. The leadership of the two major parties are strongly entrenched and very difficult to reach and influence.

In 2016 we have added the focus of working with the 50 state legislatures by sending them sample bills which retake power usurped by the federal government. This is working very well and is well received by many state legislators.

We send a sample bill to over 4,000 state legislators nationwide with a suggestion that they adapt the bill to the particular needs of their state. Some of the bills we have sent in 2016 are:

1. “THE ONLY CONGRESS MAY LEGISLATE ACT” 2-17-16

Any Executive Order or Presidential Executive Order which has not been passed by

Congress is null and void in this State. (Read Bill)

2. “THE CONTROL OF OUR LAND ACT” 2-26-16

This bill sets up a State Agency to take over all Bureau of Land Management

responsibilities in this State. This bill nullifies all Bureau of Land Management

regulations. This bill was adapted from an Indiana bill which nullified all Environmental

Protection Agency regulations in that State. The idea behind this bill can be applied to

almost any federal agency in your State. (Read Bill)

3. “THE FLORIDA FOR LIFE ACT” 3-4-16

This bill nullifies the Supreme Court’s decisions on abortion and allows the State to decide their position on abortion. We recommended it for every state. (Read Bill)

4. “THE PRESERVATION OF SOVEREIGNTY AND MARRIAGE ACT” 3-11-16

This bill nullifies the Supreme Court’s decision on same sex marriage for their state and

allows the state to define their position on marriage. (Read Bill)
